Bring backs, scatters and seats back to a full shape

Cushions

Cushions flatten in the middle and migrate filling to the corners. Feather mixes go lumpy; fibre goes limp. Refilling — or replacing the inner — restores the sofa face without recovering the whole frame.

We can keep a feather-wrap feel, move to a foam core with a soft wrap, or rebuild box cushions so they sit square on the front rail.

Repair first

We look at the frame, springs, foam and covering separately. If a joint is loose, new cloth will not save it. The honest sequence is inspect, repair, then recover — only if the piece is worth it.

Replace only if needed

Some modern frames are chipboard. Some hides are finished. We would rather say a piece is not worth covering than take a recover that fails in months.
