If the covers are still sound and zip reasonably, yes. If the cloth is threadbare, foam-only work will still look tired — we will say if both should happen together.
For suitable West London jobs, yes. Stairs, parking, size and distance decide it. Drop-off at the Hayes workshop is also fine by arrangement.
