Quality

Quality here is not a slogan on the van. It is whether the frame was worth covering, whether the foam sits level, whether the stitch line will last, and whether the material suits the room. We would rather refuse a chipboard sofa than recover it into a six-month failure.

Safety sits in the same file: handling in the workshop, honest FR conversations for commercial rooms, and not hiding structural faults under new cloth. If we find extra damage at strip-down, we stop and quote.

Hayes is the bench. Covers come off here. If a job is better measured or fitted on site, we will say so — we will not pretend every sofa can be recovered in a hallway.
