Some jobs belong on site: long banquettes, fitted window seats, hotel rooms that cannot empty into a van, or a restaurant that can only give you a Monday. On-site work for us is measuring, inspection and fitting — the sewing still happens in Hayes, where the machines and bench are.

Access, parking, lift size and a named site contact matter as much as the fabric. We will not promise a full on-site recover of a sofa that should have come to the workshop.

Hayes is the bench. Covers come off here. If a job is better measured or fitted on site, we will say so — we will not pretend every sofa can be recovered in a hallway.
